"I appreciate the staff, always welcoming. Irvin was especially helpful and accommodating to my business needs. I appreciate the quality of my rooms, when I stay at the Norwalk Inn. The restaurant area was clean, the service was on point. The bartender was very kind, beautiful smile and accommodating as well. I am always very pleased when I get the service I give and that is quality!!! If I had to tweak anything, it would be to have a restaurant menu in the rooms, especially since you have room service.
