「The bathrooms are clean the beds are comfortable the staff was very polite and a breakfast was satisfactory. I wish all the hotels were as nice as this one」

「There is hair dryer, no iron and board. Faucet in the bathroom looses like a wiggling tooth and can “come off” anytime. The check-in process is slow (1 service staff only at all time). A group ahead of us was even assigned to an occupied room and came back to get a different room. It advertises it has Netflix but you have to sign in with your account. Room doesn’t have enough cookware (1 small pot) or dinnerware. Never come back again.」

「The pool was poorly maintained and water was cloudy! Ice maker was broke and the hallways smelled like pot! 」

Could clearly hear people & barking dogs in the hallways which disrupted our sleep. Eggs & sausage at breakfast were cold and tasteless. On the second day, they ran out of eggs and other items. No one was wiping off tables between guests so all were dirty. We had 4 key cards for our 2 rooms and all stopped...
