「Nice hotel located in downtown. The town is not so busy but served as a good stop off. No available parking was challenging but there are nearby car parks. Nice breakfast.」

「非常满意」

「Good. I love it 」

「The room is too dirty. Their room is very bad, especially smell very bad. I absolutely suggest the hotel need reconstruction completely. 」

「Our room was disgusting. The moment you walk in the room smelled like urine because the of the bathroom. The bathroom needs to be redone. The staff were nice, but the room was unacceptable. We will not be going back.」

「Absolutely filthy , from the hallways to the stairs to the rooms. Switched the first room because it was so dirty and the second was was just as bad in different areas. This place has no business being open in the condition it is in.」

「small room」

「Hotel was very convenient for weekend at hockey rink. It is literally across the driveway. The hotel was fine but it was pricey considering the size of the rooms. Our outlet didn’t work and the lamps on the wall were broken. The air conditioner was extremely loud and rattled all night. But the staff were very friendly and the beds were comfy. Again, the location was extremely convenient but for the price, I expected a little bit better.」

「What a lovely property- such a great place to stay when in the Amherst area - staff is excellent- the rooms are all perfect and the amenities are outstanding」
