「We didn’t stay. After being given an occupied room (contained luggage and personal belongings) we went to the desk thinking they had made a mistake of which room we were in. There was another guest who had been given a room that was dirty and supplied photos. The front desk clerk agreed to a refund as he didn’t have any clean rooms.
It seemed as though they didn’t have staff. I did see one person cleaning near the desk but the front desk clerk kept leaving to go check on rooms himself. ...

「The room was very clean and spacious. It was an over all good experience. The only thing I noticed was the wall around the water and deck needed cleaned. The room itself and the lobby and hallways all looked very clean. 」
