Bathroom excellent, shower screen needs alignment with the bath edge to prevent shower water going on the floor , Room tired with Maintinance issues . Room cold no heating during the day until 5 late for appointment because not warm enough to shower until 18-30 , Room cold on return 22-00hrs heating off Not the room I thought I had chosen with a walk in shower . -2deg 05-24 no heating can’t shower am too cold

Lovely hotel and rooms, all in walkable distance to the seafront and parking included was a great bonus. The only downside was the late noise from the Sass bar across the road

Room was clean , staff were friendly , I think the whole hotel needs an upgrade , good value for the money , breakfast was good , just need more butter with the toast , and decaf coffee available on the machine would be lovely .

Good central location. Good size room and bathroom, decor too busy for my taste but we only stayed the one night. Teacups had cracks. Parking included in payment. No one in reception on Check-in so took a good 15 minute wait and 3 doorbell rings before anyone turned up and there was a queue growing.

Lovely hotel and location
Overnight stay only but what a lovely hotel, decent bar and good breakfast. Room was very nice, parking was easy and such a great location for the beach and seafront and town.

Good value for money in reasonable condition. Warm and clean convenient for what we were in Weston Super Mare for. Will stay again when out in the evening in Weston as not much more expensive than 2 return train tickets and a taxi from Bristol Temple Meads to home. Cooked breakfast very nice and spent the following morning walking the front at Weston. Coffe and cake at the bistro at Uphill then drive home to Bristol. Excellent stay.

Excellent One night stay- ready for Bristol airport in morning. Value for money- fantastic. Beautiful room looking down on the Square. Check in easy. Free Parking, very accomodating to friends who joined for food and drinks- free parking.Very clean. Bar was great and so was the bars across road. Conveniently located to nightlife and the beach across the road. Only problem - no plug by bed to charge phone ready for a long day of travel

Nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast was OK. Room was comfortable and large. Staff were helpful. Some areas of hotel are a little tired though and could do with a refresh.

Stayed a number of times here before and have to say things are slipping. Staff don’t seem to enjoy there work. The rooms are desperate for a make over now. Even the kettle had mould inside.

Old fashion seaside hotel, it was in the right place with free parking for guests, seafront, pier all within a few minutes, and winter garden pavilion adjacent, where we had an event in the afternoon to attend, just about right, would look to book again,

Hotel is in an excellent location near the seafront and close to shops. Car parking a bonus. Helpful, friendly staff. Let down a bit by dated and rather tatty interior and exterior. Didn't use the restaurant as so limited on vegetarian options but plenty of eateries close by. Check-out could be made easier by opening the door closest to the car park during the check-out period.

Travelled with my two autistic children. They settled well into a new environment. Disabled parking right next to entrance and all places that we wanted to visit were within a short walk away. No additional reasonable adjustment were necessary, but I'm sure the staff would have been forthcoming, should such a need have arrived. Will book again, if visiting Weston-Super-Mare again.

The hotel is in a good position, however is dated and in need of some TLC. For example the room I stayed in had a leaking toilet. Service at the bar wasn't great, I actually tried to order a beer, but gave up and walked to the Wetherspoons down the road. Breakfast was average and again had to ask twice for toast as the waitress forgot about my order. Cost was cheap to stay, but you get what you pay for so don't expect much other than a comfortable bed to sleep.

This was a lovely hotel. An old hotel but it's well maintained. Warm in the bedroom and the communal areas. Hotel bar good and reception staff helpful. Lovely breakfast. Well positioned to walk right or left to places.

Best in Weston
I have stayed at a few hotels in the area while working on a contract. I love the old Victorian building and decor in keeping with this period. The staff were friendly and responsive. The room and bathroom were a good size with large original size windows letting lots of light in. The reasonable price only added to my satisfaction. I am actually surprised the hotel is only 3-star. I have had worse stays in hotels with a higher star rating.
