"Room was clean and well stocked. Very busy with all rooms booked but not loud. Slept ok. AC unit fan was very loud. Slept well once I got used to it. "

"We arrived late on the night of March 19th and were warmly greeted by a lovely young woman who checked us in promptly. She made sure we knew about all hotel particulars and made sure our arrival and check in was smooth. Room was clean and exactly as shown on hotel website. Although breakfast smelled very tempting, there were minimal options and we chose to eat elsewhere. Hotel was quiet and lots of dining options nearby."

"The room we were in was a handicap room and had nowhere to plug in phones to charge without charger. No microwave in room and TV was not easy to figure out."

"When we checked in the room smelled moldy and musty so we didn’t stay. It was a long drawn out process with Hotels.com to get my refund. I spoke with the manager who promised to refund the pet fee which was paid directly to the hotel but I didn’t receive it. "
