「Nice rooms, friendly staff!!」

「We were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. the staff couldn't have been nicer! We had the king bed room with the in room soaking tub for 2 - loved it. We're an older couple, late 60's, would've appreciated if that soaking tub was easier to get into! For us seniors, it took some navigating to get into and out of that tub. 「We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!」

「Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. 」
