"Great hotel includes breakfast. Disappointed about having your room straightened up, clean towels, bed made, etc. I was there 5 nights and my room wasn't touched up once. A sign in the bathroom said that they come in every other day but they missed my room."

"We were greeted by a broken case of booze at the front door, with a trail of broken glass and booze right thru and on the interior foyer. The nice desk clerk was completely oblivious to it. When we brought it to her attention, she called maintenance department. The desk clerk checked us in nicely and quickly. Our room was lovely. The beds/were lumpy, not the usual.
