"Extremely long walks and multiple elevators from parking, to front desk and to the room. At least 20 minutes each way. Felt more like a large airport than a hotel. No coffee maker in the room. $37 for one pot of coffee to be delivered to the room. No thanks. The $55/day resort fee is really just an up charge for nothing. No place to leave the car while you check in and check out. Not a single place to sit down while waiting in the lobby. 45 minutes for our bags to come down from the room after we called for it. On the positive side: the room was large, quiet, beautifully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. All staff, without exception, were courteous and helpful.."

"Clean rooms awesome roof top pool with gorgeous views of the city. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. Felt safe outside walking around at night time. The restaurant and bar located inside the hotel was amazing, specially the staff that ran it, they went above and beyond to serve."
