"The front desk staff really needs customer service training. They are not friendly at all and act as if you are bothering them. When I checked in the girl was not helpful at all. She did not provide any assistance or information about the property whatsoever. I had to ask for directions to the elevators to get to my room. I get to the room number that I was given and written on the key pocket and was not able to enter. A lovely lady with the house staff saw me in distress and asked how could she help. I explained what was going on. She looked into it and found that I had been given the incorrect room number. She had it corrected and took me over to the correct room. I wish I had gotten her name. She really changed everything for the better and is a true gem to the company."
