"The rooms were clean, the staff were great, the location can't be beat if you are going to the thermal lake and walking around town. It also has a very nice bar for socializing over drinks. The only glitch for us was the included meals. We had a vegetarian with us and for her the food didn't hit the mark. However, for most people, the hotel should be a great place to stay."

"Originally, booked for two nights as a way to explore Hungarian thermal spa area. After first day's experience we extended our stay to six days. Quite nicely appointed structures and decore, lobby, facilities and rooms with the attention to details. Helpful staff always ready to assist. Half board package is adequate, breakfast and dinner well presented and tasty. Few times we grabbed a lunch at the pool bistro. Prices for drinks/wines are higher, but in line with the fivestar designation, I guess. IMHO, the parking in the facility should be included for hotel guests, but in Europe, everybody is trying to make extra charge. I don't think hotel of this level needs to penny-pinch on parking. Please continue to maintain these high standards in today's hard times and we will be back."

"The mildly sulphurous thermal pools (hotter and less hot) are excellent (open 7-19); the aircon is good; breakfast and dinner are fairly good; parking is limited on-site, a free car park can be found up the road on the left hand side, walking distance to lake Heviz"

"All is great, beautiful views over looking the lake, except room upkeep needs abit of attention , for example tea and coffee supplies were not replenished and the cleaning wasn't thorough. Other than that all was great."
