「Check in experience was horrific, we had our confirmation and was told that it was cancelled. I went thru emails and the Expedia app showing my paid confirmation and they could not find our names. 「Unfortunately my family's five day stay was a terrible experience. The hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. And there were issues from the time we arrived. The biggest problem was mosquitoes in and outside our room. I complained to the young receptionist and her first response was very disappointing. I was told that there were some "very important people" including judges expected to arrive and we might not be able to switch rooms. Advice to the young lady: never make a guest feel like...
