「Unfortunately due to short staffing it was quite a long wait to clean room & check in, but the front desk staff were wonderful. I arrived at 4pm but no room available until nearly 6:30 pm which was longer than I've ever had to wait. Owners might want to see about hiring more cleaning staff. Otherwise would recommend this property for a quiet comfortable stay.」

「We realized the first morning we were at the hotel that the shower water was cold. My husband asked at the front desk and immediately we were assisted. The shower needed a new part, so they gave us a suite for the rest of our trip.」

「I enjoyed my stay at Best Western. I was there for business with my job. Everyone there especially at the front desk/ lobby was extremely Nice and Professional. I slept well in my comfortable and super clean room. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast before heading out. I would recommend and also return back to Best Western whenever I have job related business in Camden!」
