"The hotel is lovely. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The grounds are beautiful. The only problem was that my reservation included breakfast and no one told me I was just supposed to give our room number at the restaurant. So we paid for breakfast. When I looked at my reservation and discovered it was supposed to include breakfast I spoke to someone at the front desk and after much discussion he said there was nothing he could do. Someone should have told me when I checked in. So frustrating. Easily prevented or remedied."

"The rooms are spacious. The furnishings are dated BUT CLEAN. They have separate sitting area w TV, with very nice size mini fridge, microwave and desk. It was a one night stay. The front staff were accommodating but initially had some confusion on my reservation it was resolved quickly. The location is literally on busy road and they don't have space to pull up and go inside. Yet ample space on premises. It is close to Fountain Walk for dining and other strip malls with an array of shops. I would stay again."

There’s always a wedding family reunion or a event where it involves patrons guest of all ages with it being in a small hotel it’s it makes you feel that you’re in a safe spot not only that you’re right across the street from the Oakbrook mall which has a lot of stores, restaurants and the AMC theater"

"We have a family of 5. It was nice to have a bed for everyone for a quick night sleep. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, hot eggs, sausage and pancakes and many more delicious treats. Also they opened up a small meeting room for more seating right near the breakfast area. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable."
