「An amazing expereince with super friendly staff. They are a newer hotel but they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. First time where I felt that the whole staff were like my friends. I asked for a late check out from 12 to 2 which they gave me and then again they allowed me to move it from 2 to 3. Would definitely recommend staying. The interior is also very beautiful. 」

We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful.
