「Everything was very good except the pillows wa very big and very tough I had to use towels instead of the pillows I will come again in shaa allah but I hope they will change the pillows 」

「Clean Room but you had to call for room service so I didn’t get my room cleaned in the 2 nights I was there. The walk to Haram is uphill so wouldn’t recommend for older folks. There is a small shortcut through the Anjum Hotel but you still have to walk uphill for a bit but it’s still not that bad」

「This was my 2nd time staying at Pullman Zamzam Madina. I was travelling for Umrah with my wife and 3 kids. We booked a room with Quad-bed, (4 Beds). You can easily push them together and make them into 2-king size beds. We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were clean, staff were professional, felt like a 5-Star hotel.
