「We had a very nice stay at Genesta House! Simonne is very welcoming and the house is close to the beach and the main street. I highly recommend! 」

「下午三點十五分要Checkin，竟然找不到服務人員，最後只好打上面的電話問服務員在哪，服務員要我們自己進房間說鑰匙在桌上。 沒有提供吹風機，讓我的偏頭痛痛死人了，加上又找不到服務員。 隔天十點一到立刻跑來敲門說該退房了。 感覺不是很好，只是因為它便宜所以住進來了。」

「入住JACKALOPE有种当农庄主的感觉，黄昏时分躺在温泉泳池中看着对面的葡萄园非常的解压！ 所有的沐浴用品都是我喜欢的杜松香调，晚上睡觉发现连枕头都用了杜松来熏香，整个酒店的硬件和房间细节都做的非常好 另外还尝试了酒店的晚餐和酒吧的鸡尾酒，都相当不错，有惊喜！」

「入住及退房流程迅速。房間大，衛生環境很好，設備齊全還除了碗碟及餐具外，還有微波爐，方便不想外出用餐的旅客。床軟硬適中，另外還提供了電熱氈。 廁所沖涼位置比較滑，淋浴間的門不是密封，洗澡時會漏出水」
