「Room with clean and staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Breakfast was ready before six which was great because we had to get on the road by six to travel 15 hours that day.」

「The desk clerk got defensive upon check-in when I asked if I could have a "more economical room" (lower rate) than what was booked, if such was available. I thought it was a simple question. After their negative reaction I didn't bother asking anymore questions. When I walked into the room, I found the bed had not been made since the previous guest's stay! The staff, however, was cheerful and apologetic in giving me another room.」
