"The property is very nice and updated. Decorated in a Montana and Glacier National Park theme. If needed it is located right next to the Kalispell Airport. It is a ways out of Kalispell so if you need anything make sure to grab before settling in for the night. The property is clean (front desk lady complained of cigarette butts everyplace outside). The rooms are very nice and clean. Beds were very uncomfortable and had a nice bounce to them. Bathroom was very large with a huge shower. ...

"I've always liked staying here. The staff and dining were excellent as usual; however, some facilities were not in order. The treadmill in the exercise room was not working right, , actually dangerous as I was thrown off because of a badly slipping belt. And out outside door lock was dysfunctional because of a dead battery. "

"Even though a l breakfast of any sort is not served here, the room and pool/spa are very acommidating. Decently priced and low key for a great stay while in Missoula. "

"This place Is a definitely don’t judge a book by its cover. The hotel looks old on the outside but is very nice and clean on the inside. All staff I interacted with were extremely friendly. We stayed 5 nights and were pleased with everything. WiFi is spotty but it’s the mountains so it’s expected. The restaurant has super good food and service. Parking is a bit crowded but you can definitely make it work if everyone parks smart and not like idiots. We would definitely stay here again!"
