「Enjoyed being able to have coffee whenever I wanted it. Beds were amazing!!」

「Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, bed comfort, AC all get 5 stars. Our only disappointment was that there was no way to stream movies or charge devices with USB cord. Staff informed us that the streaming had been down throughout the hotel for a week and the new GM was trying to have it fixed. Disappointed because we were on a girls trip and brought popcorn and a movie list. The room had outlets which included USB ports, but they were not functional. I would still stay here again as the complaints...

「First off, check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 3pm and were told our room would be ready soon so we brought all of our luggage in and waited in the lobby. 4pm came and went, and after asking multiple times when our room would be ready, we kept getting the same reply, just a few minutes, they're still cleaning the room. Finally we were able to check-in at 4:25pm, almost a half hour after our check-in time, and wasting over an hour sitting in the lobby. We weren't the only ones either, there were...

「It was a wonderful hotel, featuring a nice pool area, arcade, lounge, and breakfast. It also was centerally located to museums and the hospital which was convenient for our family.」

「Absolutely unacceptable. I checked in with my wife and our 5-year-old child and was shocked by the condition of the room. The bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled of moisture, there were blue mold-like stains on the walls, the towel had yellow stains, and we even found small bugs on the pillows. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health concern, especially for families with young children. No guest should ever be given a room in this condition. I would never stay here again and...

「Where do I begin? No breakfast. Coffee was available but no creamer, sugar and Splenda only. NO hair dryer! Pool area was a shambles— Parts roped off. I had to ask twice to have gum removed from the baby pool swimming area where my grandchildren played. I had to ask for the pool deck to be cleaned of crumbs all over the floor. Staff was completely unapologetic as to the short comings of the property.」
