The only two things that was really an issue was the hot tub was broken and we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for the room to be ready to go to. "

"Our stay was very disappointing. Hotel had a rating of an 8 but the whole 3 days we stayed there was no internet, no working elevator, on cleaning service,(had to take out our own trash), no linen exchange,(asked on day 2 for clean towels and were told multiply times the wash was not done and then several hours later told if we bring out towels to them they would wash. Also ants in the room and dresser taped shut so they would not fly open. Breakfast was good. "
