Communication was terrible, but thank goodness the couple who cleans was there and they were a huge help, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get our access code. "

The dormitories were perfectly adequate, though if you're not very limber, you might want to request a lower bunk and not an upper one. Bathrooms were very clean and lots of lovely hot water."
