「No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. 」

「Our stay at Halo Igloo was incredible. The room was lovely, everything was very clean and the hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. Staff were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. On one day when we couldn’t get a taxi to one of our activities the man on reception offered to take us so that we would not miss it. Lovely accommodation and people. We hope to visit again. 」
