「Excellent check in and helpful and friendly staff that spoke good English. Slightly inconvenient location of restaurant, the food was good but the service slow.」

「Super Good overall. Did the Husky self drive, it was great with a great Husky farm: Matara Creek. Hotel was great overall, Spa, breakfast, services. I recommend to drive or to plan your activities with the hotel as this is 45 min from the city center. 」

「This is a confusing hotel with what looks like an original historic building with a large modern and stylish-looking building at the rear. There are Hotel Alma signs everywhere, including at the railway station nearby, which made it hard to find the entrance. 「No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. 」
