「Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! 「Very friendly staff who carried my bag upstairs to the room as no lifts. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious with a desk and chair, hanging space and I loved the arty decor in the room.
