"The staff is extremely warm, friendly, professional, and beyond helpful. Breakfast is unbelievable. Every type of breakfast food buffet in the large room plus ability to order off the menu. The hotel is in a fantastic location at the Waterfront in Cape Town. "

"I was looking for a hotel close to the V&A Waterfront where I could walk to the waterfront and feel safe. This hotel fit the bill and I have to say it felt really safe walking the few blocks to the waterfront even when it was dark. Location wise, it was perfect for me. The front desk staff was also excellent. I dealt with a number of them and they were uniformly helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel also serves up a very good buffet breakfast. Highly recommended."

"What a lovely stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking a peaceful beach and the ocean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took care of me during my stay. The bar and restaurant staff, transport desk, reception staff were all great and made my stay one to remember. I would like to particularly thank the lovely Sonia who looked after me everyday at breakast time, and the spa manager who was also super friendly and helped me during my stay. Thank you all.
