I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella and I just had to leave a review to recognize two absolute standouts on the staff: Baya and Tyler. They truly made my stay unforgettable with their incredible customer service and patience.
Baya was an absolute delight at the breakfast desk every single morning. No matter how busy it got, she greeted everyone with the most radiant, genuine smile. Starting the day with her warm energy set the perfect tone for my mornings.
Tyler was equally amazing, constantly looking for ways to go above and beyond. His attentiveness and proactive attitude did not go unnoticed—he genuinely cares about the guest experience and it shows.
Both of them demonstrated so much patience and a true passion for hospitality. It’s rare to find staff members this dedicated, and they are a massive asset to the Hard Rock team. Thank you, Baya and Tyler, for taking such great care of me! I can't wait to return."
