"The room and staff are really nice. Amazing location. However, the hair dryer did not work properly as it kept overheating and turning off after a couple seconds of use. Breakfast is not worth €8 per person. The scrambled eggs were cold and clearly from a packet. No good options either, it was either toast or cereal. Still it wasn’t a big problem."

"2nd time here so that tells you all you need to know. Cracking value for what you pay. You do need a car to get around but I always do anyway. Reasonable food and drink prices at bars and restaurant, happy hours are a handy as well as the kids club! My only gripe and it’s a very minor thing is they only come and give the room a clean or change towels once every 4 or 5 days. And with a family of 4 it isn’t quite enough. The washing machine, dishwasher, oven, airdryer on balcony all make it so convenient and helps keep costs down. Will return again 100%"

Hotel ILUNION Malaga

"We stayed at Hotel ILUNION Malaga from May 23 to May 25, 2026. Immediately upon arrival, we reported that the room was extremely hot and that the air conditioning was not working properly. The hotel staff repeatedly informed us that a technician would come “soon,” but the issue was never resolved that first night. The room became very uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep properly due to the heat. I requested to be moved to another room, but the hotel informed us they were fully booked. Only on the second day were they finally able to relocate us to a different room. This experience has been really disappointing."
