"I loved this hotel. It was in a great location near a lot of food and amenities. The room was very clean and HUGE, so very comfortable in between outings. My only complaint is the kitchen stuff was all locked up so we couldn't use them, and I was too lazy to address it with the front desk. Otherwise, I will stay here again when I come back to Eindhoven."

"The hotel is on the edge of a business park but do not be put off by that as it is relatively close to bars and restaurants in adjacent Veldhoven. It has a large secure car park which has controlled access over night, worth knowing if travelling by motorcycle. The staff were really friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. The rooms are accessed via lift or stairs to external balconies which means there are no internal corridors. We had a king size room with the usual huge Dutch bed which was really comfy. The shower room was bright and clean with one of the most powerful showers I've ever used; brace yourself. The only minor criticism is that the ambient lighting in the room was great but there wasn't any option for brighter ceiling room lights which may be a problem for some. Also the wardrobe was just a few hangers on a rail and 4 pigeon holes; some drawers and coat hooks would have been handy but we were only there for 3 nights and we managed. The hotel/reception/bar/restaurant are is very pleasant, clean and comfy with a mix of sofas, chairs and stools. We ate in there for 2 evenings (it would have been 3 but they don't do food on Sundays apart from breakfast; worth noting)The food was excellent with a varied choice on the menu plus daily specials. We made the mistake of not booking our breakfast when we booked the rooms as we weren't too sure if it would be worth it. Do it, it's cheaper if you do and you won't regret it.Great choice of cold meats and cheeses etc."

"Overall, our stay was good because I made it good. Depending on the staff, they could ruin everything. We booked an 8-day stay, and that wasn't cheap at all, so yes, I expected better service. To begin with, the man who greeted us simply handed us the bags and the map and said, "You can go." I asked if they could help us with our bags because our house was quite far away. He replied, "Look, that's not a service we provide, but I'll find someone to help you. But don't call on your departure to the reception because no one will help you." I found it quite rude. Secondly, when we arrived at the house, there were no sheets on the bed or towels. We called reception several times, and even then they only brought the sheets around midnight, and we arrived at 5 p.m. Thirdly, for what you pay, the cleaning is poor, a lot of dust, a lot of spider webs, and consequently a lot of spiders. A week and no service provided. I was quite disappointed. Sometimes when demand is high the services become precarious, but cleaning in particular is something you should really pay attention to. There are a lot of activities for kids that you have to pay to do except the pool area."
