This was our second time at 1872 and our 11th in Yellowstone and Tetons, we’d go back tomorrow if there weren’t duties and grandkids at home. The adult hotel is great a just far enough away from business area to be relaxing. The are amazing, even our 11th trip found changes and new things to enjoy. We’ll be back again.

They have a sound machine and towel warming rack but I had to ask how to use both. I thought they were broken. The towel rack takes a good 30 minutes to warm up so beware. We stayed 3 nights and the 3rd night the person who cleaned the room didn't do that great a job. Whoever cleaned the first 2 nights cleaned it extremely well.

Nicely appointed boutique hotel conveniently located for access to town and the NP west entrance. Tasty fresh breakfast, attentive staff, comfortable room. The bedroom fireplace was a nice touch!

This cozy little inn was fantastic! So clean and very classy. Rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff give a ou a tour and walk you to your room! Highly recommend!

Yellowstone is a pretty destination. Given its over demand, local hotels like 1872 overcharge for a room that's not worth the chsrge as well as o. The cancelation policy. Despite they were full and I did stay 1 of 2 nigths, they did charge a 2nd night I did not stay given my travel plans had to be changed given sickness of family member. This charge was 500 x2 which I find not appropriate for hotel practices.

The 1872 Inn was extremely nice and we would recommend it to everyone! Upon early arrival, the staff was very gracious and accommodating in providing us with a room on the first floor (a change request based on a knee injury). The room was nice with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom with double showers & sinks! The included breakfast was very well put together and the staff was amazing throughout… we will stay here again!

Wonderful, comfortable rooms with nice little extras! Amazing breakfast!! Great location!! My only complaint is it is a creaky building and being on the first floor we listened to people walking around over our heads late into the night and again really early in the morning. So annoying it was like nails on a chalkboard!

We had a pleasant stay, the hotel is nice small and very clean and the staff were friendly, the only negative thing was that we paid for the breakfast, but the breakfast time was at seven and we had to leave earlier because we were participating in half marathon, so there was no accommodation for that, otherwise everything in the hotel was nice and clean and I would recommend it

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was decorated in an old-fashioned western style, which was very relaxing. The breakfast was also very delicious. I would definitely like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.
