"Had reservations for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I hit the buzzer several times, with no response. I called the number had for it, received message said to leave a message and will back to me soon. I called 20 minutes later and he hung the phone up with no response"

"Good modern bathroom. Room was basic but everything worked. Easy to find—right off I-90—Helpful front desk noticed my slight disability and gave me a room easy to access. In the morning, really really awful noise from nearby construction."

"Out refrigerator was unplugged because it made loud noises. Front desk told me to just leave it unplugged. One bathroom had the fan on max speed all day and night, while our other rooms bathroom fan did not funtion. When we requested housekeeping, nothing was cleaned. There was dried poop on the inside of the toilet when we moved in. Staff apologized constantly but did nothing to improve housekeeping. 3 times I had to get my own fresh towels from the front desk because housekeeping did not clean...
