"Well, the location for travellers is great. Close to the airport. However, when we got there we found out the parking was not included with our room. So it’s $25 for parking for overnight and it was well maintained. The parking line faded. The washroom is clean. But the bed wasn’t properly made. The bed cover was not fully covered, it looks small for the mattress. Also, the AC in our room wasn’t working. We stay in room 1012 was slightly warm for us. It’s under new management during our stay, we noticed in the hallway there was some water damage on the ceiling. The breakfasts were not included, they do have all you can eat buffet for $27. The airport shuttle was excellent. I would recommend for overnight stay."

A special shout out for Diana at the front desk who started our stay on a high note and of course the Concierge team for little asks along the way to make our stay even better!"

"I was very satisfied with my stay at hotel willo. I was expect it to be more hostel vibes, but it was exceptionally clean. Great location, great staff. The shared bathrooms were very clean! Will definitely be staying here again"

"I took the room with the view of the ocean. It was clean and aesthetic with a small balcony. Bed was comfortable. The shower was great and my favorite! The pressure was awesome and was like a mini massage to my head. They did provide toiletries. Toothbrush and paste are available if required. Breakfast was not included but they provided 2 lunch discount coupons for 3 nights stay. I also got a 20% disc for one meal for being an Expedia vip but didn’t get to use that either. Did not eat there so cannot comment on food. But I did notice a live musician there one evening and it was a lovely vibe. The cleaning staff there always had a smile and were very friendly. The gym is adequately spacious with large windows with plenty of sunlight, with multiple machines and adjacent to the pool. There is a luggage room whr I did leave my bag after checkout to pick up later. It is certainly a hotel I would return to!"

"It is an unexpected 1960s style motel in a great location for restaurants and sight seeing; EXCEPT for one thing- across from a hospital and ambulance noise at night annoying. Wear earplugs! Very clean and wonderful staff."
