Check in staff very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and well layed out. Bathroom was modern with shower in bath arrangement. Besides the usual, also had toaster and microwave oven, which was handy. Not far from anything. Beach and shops about a 5-10 min walk away. Quiet up on the 4th floor. ...

have free parking nearby. Overall room is still ok. Many kitchen appliances, utensil and seasonings can use. But the bed cover with many black dots. it looks so awful and so scare. But when touch it, they are the fluff of the cover. It is better to pay attention to this.

Beautiful cottage
We stayed at "Philpotts" for 2 nights and the houses were beautifully furnished and had a garden full of different plants. The landlord was very attentive and provided a rich breakfast to us. Look forward to staying again in the near future.
