"Front desk clerk was wearing a mask, did not hear her. Say “ID”? I said “Excuse me”? She said very frustrated snapped “ID”? Plus make SURE you do NOT get room 111 that is on the other side of check in. ITS LOUD AS HELL. Room very clean. Add irons& iron boards. And the ice maker was “out of service”. Not a decent sleep but do to noise. Bed was king& comfy. Regular size fridge. Full size electric stove. Decent for the price & closeness to the Syracuse International. Airport(5.3) miles. ******allows pets I do not believe there was a fee****!!!!"
