Excellent hospitality. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very comfortable stay. Only negative was the approach road which is in dire need of repair.

Udaan Dekeling Resort Darjeeling
The hotel is located quite far from the main areas of interests. The quality of food served is low. The restaurant staff need to trained to understand customer needs. There is considerable delay in serving the a la carte menu.
