「We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was so kind. Loved the pool area with a view. The brunch included with our stay was a cherry on top. Wasn’t your basic continental breakfast. Also, loved that we could enjoy the place a bit longer after checking out. The perfect tranquil place to escape to. Will definitely be back! 」

「Absolutely horrendous. Rude staff, crack head neighbors tried starting a fight, couldn't have my gf over. If I ordered food it needed picked up across the street. Poor construction broken tiles tiles taped to the wall mold grimey chairs I mean...I've been traveling for the last 15 years and this is by far the worst hotel I've ever been in. 」

「My wife and I have been using rentals at Lantern Lodge, formerly Residences at Biltmore, since they opened. This was a top a notch rental property. But it's amazing how some rentals are being neglected. Every time we go back now the rental provided to us lack updates. On this particular visit there were new TVs. There was a large space after closing the door which made you feel unsafe. The easy chair and ottoman needs to be thrown out. It was so nasty, we wouldn't dare sit on them and the sofa...

「We chose this hotel because of proximity to Biltmore, and it was a great choice. We walked to a nearby restaurant, passing several open shops on the way. Our room was spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast area is open and airy, and food options are extensive. Just be aware at the time of this trip, February 2026, the immediate area has not recovered from a hurricane, and evidence of destruction is all around. It did not impede us in any way, and we would definitely stay at this property...
