「There were roaches in the room. One crawled across my face and they refused to refund, give a free or reduced night. They wouldn't do anything.」

「My stay was very disappointing. When I arrived, there was an empty liquor bottle left in the bathroom, which immediately made me question whether the room had been cleaned properly. Although I booked a non-smoking room, it had a strong cigarette odor throughout the room. The dishes and utensils provided in the room were also dirty, with food still stuck to them, which was unacceptable. I do want to recognize the night shift front desk employee, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful....

「Room and lobby were normal for what I would expect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I wish they offered a complimentary breakfast, or at least an expanded menu for the in-house Bistro. The Bistro has a very limited breakfast menu.」

No dial tone so had to go down to report the toilet and I was given a plunger and considering it was already clogged upon me checking in, maybe a maintenance person should have came up. The ice machine was not even plugged in but considering how dirty everything was maybe that was a good thing.」

「The motel is not well kept up. Full trash cans, no soap in the public bathroom, bath tub drain broken, breakfast buffet not well stocked or cleaned. The room and bed were comfortable but the bed linen was wrinkled as if not tended out of the dryer Like I said, ok.」

「My AC never worked. Called maintenance who reset it and told me to wait a few hours. It didn’t work. Called the front desk who told me I waited too long, maintenance was gone, they didn’t have a fan, no other rooms were available. I had to find another hotel.」

「we had a reservation at La Quinta in columbus georgia on july 16 to july 20 we were assigned room number 118 and immediatiately explained to the staff that there was a mold & mildew smell in the room friday morning they promised to move us and we had to remain in the room for (2) nights with mold and mildew we want a refund..」
