「Service desk help was extraordinary. The only problem we experienced was no hot water on the 2nd morning. Staff was very apolegetic and working hard to correct the problem. They could not have been more helpful.」

「Small and old but is clean and has pretty much all necessary amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, continental breakfast, wifi, iron, hairdryer. Beds are too old and make tons of noise. Mattresses are too soft. But overall we were happy with our stay here.」
