I had higher expectations for this hotel based on the many glowing reviews, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. I arrived around 9:45 PM after a long day of travel, only to be given a room that was clearly not cleaned—bed linens were piled on the desk, beer bottles were scattered on the floor, and the room was in an overall filthy condition.
To their credit, the front desk staff was apologetic and courteous. They quickly issued a new room and offered two complimentary breakfast vouchers as an apology.
The next morning, I ordered the avocado toast, which consisted of a single piece of bread topped with one egg and a scoop of guacamole. I added a berry smoothie, which somehow cost an additional $9—even with the $30 breakfast voucher. The toast came with a side of fruit, which unfortunately had hair in it. My companion ordered a side of bacon that never arrived, and we had to call the front desk to have it brought up.
The second room was an improvement, but not without issues—there were multiple hairs on the bed sheets. I’m hoping they were left behind by the housekeeping staff and not previous guests.
Another downside: this hotel does not offer parking. Your only options are $44 per night valet service or finding street parking nearby.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on my experience.
