"We booked this to be near PBI and in light of multiple positive reviews. We were, therefore, surprised with our experience. The staff was fine. The room was poorly maintained. The toilet didn't flush completely, the dehumidifier had an error code and didn't run, the room was cold, but turning on the heat created a melted plastic smell which caused the smoke detector to alarm."

The property itself needs maintenance, especially in the bathroom, where the wear and tear was noticeable. There were no good amenities, and for the price, breakfast should have been included.
