「I reserved 5 Rooms for 5 persons at 12/4-12/5 from “Hotels.com”, and I choose “Pay at property” , which means the receipt will provided by Mai Hana. But Mai Hana reject my request and I don't know how to approch "Hotels.com", and call Mai Hana & writing still not receive Mai Hana's help. 」
