「First impression when we got there it smelled so bad.. It smelled like sewage.. Then we had to wait on someone to come to front desk.. When I ask about breakfast they did have it but it cost $15 for buffet or you could order off menu.. But when I pay over 500 for 2 nights, I expect free breakfast.. 「There was a huge hump in the vinyl plank flooring that ran the length of the room, cleaning service didn’t clean the room, took out dirty towels but didn’t replace with clean and left beds unmade. For $300 a night I expected more.」
