「We had a long trip from Chicago due to construction.. We were checked in quickly, front desk staff was prompt, friendly and professional. The room was nice and cool, beds were comfy, pillows were comfy and clean. We enjoyed the larger fridge and the fact that it kept our drinks cold. The Continental breakfast was very good!!! Id definitely being my family back here for another visit!! 」

「We enjoyed everything about the property. The staff were friendly. The property was clean. It had plenty of room for trailer, truck, and motorcycle parking. The parking lot was well-lit. The only issue that we had was the AC was not working very well and the rooms were hot. The breakfast and the dinner were a little expensive. But overall we enjoyed our stay and we will stay there again.」

「Best stay in a hotel ever for myself and my fiance. Only complaint is the day shift front desk woman was not friendly, no greeting or welcome and looked like she did not want to be there, on her cellphone most of the time. 「Building is lovely and well kept. My only question was why there was not any room cleaning after the second night stay. No garbage pickup or towel change out at all. Initially when I looked online at the hotel details it showed daily room service. This was disappointing. Also it would have been nice to have some recommendations of local food Venus.」

「I have stayed here many times. I will continue to do so. The room was super clean and the staff has always been very nice. It is close to Starbucks, Meijer, and many fast food places. The lovely town of Plainwell is minutes away and the neighborhoods are great to walk through.」
