"I had this room reserved and when I arrived to check in at the front desk the already fed-up employee said nope we are full! Eventually I got him to look at my phone and see that we did in fact have a confirmed reservation under my name at this very location. After some digging on the computer, he told us they must have overbooked and thus cancelled our room, but we "should get a refund". We had driven across the country at this point and now had nowhere to stay. The staff made it very obvious that they could not care less and seemed annoyed/condescending. There was no check-in by a certain time listed on the website or in the confirmation. I never received notice that the room was cancelled, I never cancelled the room, and absolutely nothing was done to rectify this situation. Will never stay here again and will discourage anyone from booking here. Unless you want to sleep in your car. "
