Cute property down the street from the mountain! Very friendly staff and great breakfast included! The room itself is basic with a small bathroom however assuming you will be spending the day out of the hotel skiing it is a great inn for a long weekend trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! The weather was bad, so we weren’t able to ski, but the owner and his family were really friendly, and they gave us recommendations for things to do in the area. The hotel itself is very cozy, and the breakfast was very good.

This place is awesome. Fresh chocolate chip cookies when you walk in. Super nice people that work there. Very rustic, cozy VT inn atmosphere right down the common room with fireplace, sofas, board games and blankets. Breakfast was delicious and hearty start to the day!

Amazing breakfast
Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. The food and service was excellent. Great location. Very close to Mt Snow and lots of great restaurants. Would go back but try to upgrade to a larger room where the bed might be more comfortable.

The Kitzhof Inn is a classic ski lodge. There is a beautiful dining room and they serve a great breakfast. They also have a large lounge area with a fireplace. Very convenient to Mt Snow. Very friendly staff.We would definitely stay there again.

Host was great and super helpful. Staff were excellent. Breakfast and service were outstanding. Great location for skiing and local dining. The only downside is that the room we were in (#11) is really dated and was at the basement level. From the web pictures, we expected a brighter room with more of a knotty pine vs. gray paneling. Otherwise - excellent!

The place is absolutely awesome, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean, it has the old school charm and that is sadly absent nowadays! The common area is incredible !!

The Kitzhof Inn is a charming Vermont log cabin Inn with all the modern amenities one needs .The rooms are cozy and clean . Chef Andrew makes a delicious breakfast .He and his wife are warm and welcoming frequently asking if we needed anything and offered suggestions for nearby sights and dinners .We had a lovely stay at the Inn I highly recommend it

Nice wood cabin-looking room. Free breakfast. The lady (co-owner?)who worked there was lovely (I did not catch her name). The owner of the hotel almost sounded like he was looking to give me trouble for no apparent reason during our brief encounter. Otherwise, nice hotel, in a good location. Sound insulation was not good at all though. I could hear everything from outside and from other rooms.

Cute little cabin/B&B. Very rustic and warm. Hosts were amazingly friendly and the made to order breakfast each morning was fantastic and always started the day off to a nice start. The rooms are small, especially the bathroom. And there are none of the normal hotel amenities (microwave, minifridge, coffee maker, ect) in the rooms, but they do have a 'community' kitchen/BYOB bar downstairs. If your looking for a quite getaway in a friendly little cabin, this is your place. If you need the spoils of a Hilton/Ramada, go elsewhere. Super quite place in a great location. Very close to Mt. Snow and less than an hour to Stratton and Okemo.

Cons: Front desk not very friendly, room and bathroom are tiny. Pros: very close to Mount Snow, breakfast is very good (included) and staff is very friendly. Overall, not a luxurious place to stay, but very convenient location.

Thank you for your review. As a single person we used 1 of our smaller Queen rooms for your 1 night stay. The bathroom is small as the building was constructed in 1958 when bathrooms were not such a priority, however it has been completely refurbished. We are sorry your check in experience was not friendly. The breakfast staff are the same as the check in staff so we are glad you had a nice breakfast experience
