"The room is in good shape, clean, tidy and neat. The hotel is modern and well decorated. Hotel staff are nice. However there are some cons. First of all, the laundry system is not not user friendly. It is a wash/dry in one system. at first it took 59 minutes to wash and dry. When the machine finished working, the clothes were still very wet. I had to use dry function again and it took a few hours but still the cloth were damp. Since it was very late and I was very tired, I had to hand up the clothes in the room and hope the air conditioning could help to get them dry the second day. So unless you could stay at that hotel for a few today’s and you definitely need to wash your clothes, don’t use the laundry machine. Secondly l, when I turned off the lights in the room, the light between two beds became a night mode. Unlike most night lights are small and by the bed side at the lower end, this one is very big and to make it worst it flickering. That makes it very hard to fall asleep. "

"Spacious room, excellent location. Do not let the ‘no window’ description put you off booking the basic room. The room still has natural light, and you never have a hotel room that you can open the windows anyway."

"Loved how big and spacious the room was! 3 people were able to have 3 large suitcases open at the same time and with plenty of room still to walk/sit/lay down if we wanted. Plenty of property seating space as well that isn't just the bed. Staff were very nice and even brought our bags to our room since we checked-in early. The free parking space was a huge plus as we rented a car in Chiayi. Location is a little far from the main city attractions but still very close to a big retail/eating street."
