But the property is beginning to show its age and could use a quick and cheap refurbishing on things like furnishings for the doors/closets/etc. ...

Pros: Clean room, Comfortable bed, Central to open amenities in town during off season. Great communication via email with hotel staff. Cons: Check in delayed due to fire alarm testing. Not ocean view
