「staff was amazing as soon as we drove up. we didn’t have to take our bags to our room or park our car. we got a tour of the property and when we arrived to our room our bags were there already. our room was amazing & very clean. staff was also very responsive and also suggested things for us to do. my husband and i were celebrating our anniversary when we went and the night before our departure we were gifted so many items! we were beyond grateful. we will be back!」

「The hotel staff was amazing very friendly and warm. Hospitality was great. Unfortunately the baby bistro restaurant manager was awful very unprofessional and is not pleasant. I had to speak with the owner about the management at the Bay bistro restaurant. The owner was very nice and he comped me $100 for dinner to make up for the rude restaurant manager.! I will stay at the hotel again. I loved it for the location of the room was literally steps to the beach. I will definitely return to this...
