「First thing noticed was room behind front desk. Papers and empty/full boxes/packages all over the floor.
I was given room reeking of stale cigarettes. I wouldn’t accept it. Carpeting stained in replacement room.
There were a few residents around the front desk. There is no way they were traveling and renting room while in town. These people looked destitute. You using hotel for people who would otherwise be homeless (rooms paid with welfare funds) as they do in California & NY? Next morning...
