"Worth every penny! Located on a beautiful stretch of 7 mile beach, with crystal clear water and is as calm as a pool. Amenities and grounds are what you would expect from a Ritz - clean, tasteful and well maintained. We got the ocean tower which I would highly recommend for the view and convenience. The gallery bridge that connects the Ocean and Resort towers, was one of our favourite things in any hotel we've ever stayed in. Loved admiring the art displayed from local artists. (Most) Staff and service were world class! Friendly, hard-working and really know how to personalize your experience. The free coffee/tea every morning at the Resort Tower, and freebies by the beach/pool (frozen capaccino, juice, frozen fruit, freezes) were such a nice touch. Convenient location, 10-15 mins from airport and lots of dining options within walking distance if you don't want to eat in the resort. But there's also plenty of options on premise if you don't want to leave the grounds. I would 100% recommend the Ritz-Carlton Cayman Islands and we look forward to visiting again in the future!"

"Governors Village is a newly built (2024) apartment-hotel within walking distance of the public Governors Beach, which is in the middle of the Seven Mile Beach. It's very clean, quiet and well-managed. The apartments are great: each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Self-check-in and check-out are very convenient; we got the access code before we arrived and never had to see anyone. If you need anything, you can call, text or email them anytime. The apartments do not have laundry appliances, but this was not an issue for us. They offer beach chairs and umbrellas for rent, but we didn't need them. If the beach amenities are important to you, a beachfront hotel or condo might be a better choice. We would definitely stay here again."

"The service at this hotel was top notch! The staff are so friendly. The food is great with many options. The property is so clean and spacious. The service at the pool is spectacular - they even offer sunscreen and aloe. The pool is very large so plenty of room to have space when swimming. The proximity to the beach is awesome and we LOVED the beach club Bonny Moon! Would definitely recommend to anyone. "
