"Most kind and amazing management and staff Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi-only one in downtown Austin. Unfortunately, we had several disappointments. The room was super small and no coffee or tea in the room. The elevators were having problems There are 3 elevators and only 1 of them was working to serve 16 floors Then, one day, the only operating elevator also stopped working! Fortunately, we could use the cleaning staff elevator but it was a bit anxiety-producing since we were on the 10th floor Hopefully, they will get all 3 elevators in operation because it causes people to wait extra long times with only one working It is also not very safe! I ate at a restaurant which caused me to have an allergic reaction and they went out of their way until I got the medication I needed. A superb staff and a wonderful hospitality creative group."
