"This is an old property and it shows. The room was well worn out. They don’t provide hotel shuttle services to or from SFO, like they used to do. I shook out the bath mat and a spider came crawling out. I won’t be staying there again. "

"This is the third time I’ve stayed at the Good Nite Inn and all of my other experiences were great. I stayed for 6 nights. When I got home from work on the third night, I noticed my bathtub had a little bit of water in the bottom of it despite not being used (I had used the gym showers, I shower, I swear). The next night when I got back from work, house keeping had been there because towels were thrown in the bathroom, but the water had filled up more in the tub now with dirt and hair and muck. I went to the front desk and was told maintenance wouldn’t be in until the next morning, nothing else said. The next night I get home from work, the water is gone, but all of the muck and hair is still on the bottom of the tub. Housekeeping came and nobody cleaned anything up, I was left with a shower/tub that was so gross, it was not usable. Maintenance and house keeping both ignored it. Really disappointing after j brought it up to the front desk "

"At check in, we asked for room service every day (you have to ask for it) but even though we requested daily room service, they still didn't provide it on one of our three nights. They also kept leaving us only two towels even though there were 4 of us, so we had to keep requesting more towels. The breakfast is good, and if you add it on at check in, it is a good value. Parking is convenient."

"Non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. The internet photos were nowhere near the actual place. Outside lighting was poor. Cracks in the walls, poor water pressure and the AC unit was so loud it woke our family up. One time stay there for sure…..never again. The front desk attendant was very nice."

"Very clean rooms a great view of SFO and planes landings if you are a aviation enthusiasts. "
